Shipping & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will be fully refunded, except the initial shipping charge.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If this is the case, please reach out to

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you don’t love your order, we will be happy to replace it with something you will! Please reach out to with your order number in the subject line and a brief explanation of why the product didn’t suit your needs. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive in store credit through an e-gift card that will be emailed.

Orders can be picked up during store open hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.


Orders are generally shipped within 2-12 business days, depending on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
