Orders & Shipping
Unless specified, all of these items are available at our 939 Conner St, Noblesville, IN 46060 storefront.
All items, if in stock, are available for in store pick up. Some items are only in store pick up, so please read the shipping info when finalizing a purchase.
At this time, no, we only ship domestically in the United States.
If you opted for in store pick up, most orders will be ready in 2-3 hours. When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
Most other orders will ship within 2-5 business days. It may take 2-12 days for your order to reach you, depending on when you place your order and what shipping option you choose at checkout. If you need your item sooner, expedited shipping options are avilable.

Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order has been placed.
An order can be tracked once it's shipped! Check the shipping notification email you received for the tracking number. Not sure if you received an email? Be sure to check your spam, trash, and promotions folders. Sometimes automated shipping confirmation emails are inadvertently sorted there.
Please note: the carrier may not update the tracking information immediately or frequently. Even if the information has not been updated, the package is most likely on its way.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived yet, keep an eye out for your package for another few days. Sometimes carriers scan packages preemptively!
If the tracking hasn't been updated for a while or never updated after the label's creation, it's possible the package was lost in transit. Please reach out to us and we'll help you look into this!
For packages shipped to temporary addresses, please note, we are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient is no longer there upon delivery in the estimated timeline.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about any lost packages within 14 days* of the ship date. Include the order number and a description of the issue.
*If a package isn't reported as lost within this time frame, we cannot help with any replacements or refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept most items as long as a return has been requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
The item must be in the same condition as purchased with its original packaging with a receipt or other proof of purchase.
We do not charge a return fee, you will be fully refunded except for the initial shipping charge.

Most refunds can be process within 5-7 business days of Persimmon receiving the item.
