Orders can be picked up during store open hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-12 business days, depending on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Domestic Shipping rates and Estimates  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, please visit our return policy for more details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kali@persimmonavanue.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
